What exactly does zero fees include?
Everything DFG charges on a sale: the commission and the fixed per-transaction charge. During your 12 founding months, you keep 100% of your products' value.
When do the 12 months start counting?
At your store's activation — 10 or more published products —, not at sign-up. You do not lose any benefit while building your catalog.
Do I need a company (CNPJ) to sell?
No. A verified CPF is enough. Each CPF or CNPJ is entitled to one founding spot.
How and when do I get paid?
The buyer pays on the platform and the money is held safely. The holding period counts from the approved payment — 7 days in the custom product categories — and after that the money becomes available for withdrawal.
Am I locked into selling only on DFG?
No. You can keep selling on your Instagram, your own shop, and anywhere else — there is no exclusivity. The only rule is that a negotiation started on DFG is completed on DFG: that is what keeps payments protected for both sides.
How does importing my old store work?
You paste the store's address, declare that it is yours, and DFG does the rest: it recovers the public data, builds the listings, and publishes them automatically. Products missing a price or category stay inactive in a panel for you to complete. You review afterwards — edit item by item or undo the whole import.
What happens when zero fees end?
After the 12 months, the category's regular fees apply, always public on the processing times and fees page. Listing remains free forever.
