Start selling
Sellers can list digital products, receive orders, and follow fund release through a structured marketplace flow.
1. Listing
You create the ad for your product or service, free of charge, and it is reviewed by our team before being published.
2. Customer purchase
The customer selects the product and completes the purchase.
3. Payment to DFG
The payment is sent to DFG and its security is guaranteed. An email is sent to you authorizing the product delivery.
4. Communication
A communication page with a chat between you and the buyer will open.
5. Confirmation
The product is delivered and the reviews are left.
Remember: until the buyer completes the purchase, sharing contacts is not allowed. Use the ad questions section to answer questions, and never share your contacts (Facebook, WhatsApp, Skype, etc).
6. Payment release
The payment is released within the category-specific period, with the ad fee deducted. This fee is only charged if the ad sells.
IMPORTANT: the buyer review is not required for the payment release, but the seller review is.
