Buying on DFG keeps payment, delivery, and communication in an auditable order flow.
Buy securely
We secure your payment and check that everything is in perfect condition.
DFG releases the seller to deliver the product, but the payment stays under our protection until the purchase warranty period ends.
Make the payment
After the payment is approved, a chat opens so you can talk directly with the seller.
The seller delivers the product.
Delivery and review
You and the seller leave your reviews of the purchase, confirming everything went well.
By reviewing you earn DFG points to use on future purchases.
Payment refund
You can safely request your money back:
- Before receiving the product;
- If the seller cannot deliver;
- If the product does not match the information in the ad.
Payment
- Payment release to the seller happens immediately or after specific periods depending on the category of the product/service purchased.
- These periods bring more security to your purchase, giving time for changes to be made or the service completed before the seller receives the payment.

Remember
- Payment is made directly to DFG, which keeps it safe until the purchase/sale is completed.
- External contact is not allowed before the purchase is made. Ask your questions in the questions area. Do not ask for the seller contacts (Email, WhatsApp, Facebook, etc).
- Exchanges are not accepted — only the direct sale of the advertised product or service.
